I don’t do this very often, but I felt compelled to send you an email testimonial in recognition of the great work from one of your
employees. Bret has been very helpful with assisting me in getting the TC report tailored to our companies needs. He has been very
patient, receptive and intuitive throughout the entire process. Impact has been spending numerous man hours pulling TC reports to
track our techs performance. This is imperative for Impact to track our TC’s in order to meet the goals set forth by Dish Network
Service, LLC (DNS). All DNS fulfillment sub-contractors are held accountable for our TC performance, along with other respective

One of our newest clients recently commented about Agemni CMS. Jim Houck from Oregon switched from DishChek to Agemni CMS. His

Since we started using Agemni CMS, the efficiency of the work flow as well as the ability to track commissions and manage

So, I just had the funniest call. It was this guy from Titan
Communications, that had one simple "how to" question, and then he spent the
next 10 minutes telling me how cool Agemni is... it was pretty much
awesome. He got SO stoked about our updates and capabilities, and said that

Thanks for the opportunity to offer a testimonial for your product. I have been a dish retailer for years and an
installer before that. I am with a new company called Connected Wireless Inc. The first thing we did was look
for the proper platform to launch the new satellite division. As we shopped around I became aware of the superior
